By far...the BEST! Lawn Doctor is the epitome of lawn care services. My yard looks like a golf course! Another point I’d like to make is about my lawn specialist Matt Bennett. Matt has transformed my yard into something that exceeds my expectations. With Matt, you can rest assured that you will know that the product he uses and how he employs it on your yard will be done without any discrepancies. He’s also the BEST in customer care. He can look at my yard and see the deficiencies and make solid recommendations based upon his experience and knowledge. Not only that, he’s an absolute joy to talk with. Wisdom beyond his years. We have been working with Lawndocter on our yard, which includes an incredible amount of shrubs and ornamental trees, for over 20 years. I am talking of several hundred individual bushes and ornamental trees. So we have put a lot of money into all of these plantings, and have never lost a tree or a bush with Lawndocter.’s incredible help. This would not have happened without the fantastic full service that the Lawndocter offers and brings to our yard! It would’ve been very time-consuming for me to figure out how to take care of these plantings, along with figuring out all the different types of products needed to keep all of these plants very healthy. 29 January 2022: Lawn Doctor continues to give awesome service to my lawn. I have added a bunch of services and pay for the year in advance which gives me a nice discount. My Technician is now Ronnie and he takes really good care of me as, I am sure, he does with all his customers. 29 May 2020: Lawn Doctor continues to keep my yard looking beautiful and healthy. Jake, my Technician, is awesome. Yesterday, during a service call by a Locksmith, the technician made the comment about how beautiful my yard was. I was delighted to give Lawn Doctor all the credit. I have been with Lawn Doctor for at least 10 years and have never been disappointed. Jake, my Technician, is always professional, friendly, and answers all questions completely. I highly recommend this company for all lawn maintenance needs. ~ Martha D

Dylan let me know a day in advance of his visit to inspect my yard for continued lawn service. Upon his arrival, we walked the yard and I asked him for ideas on treating difficult areas of the yard, pointed out sensitive plants and we discussed other lawn service ideas. The next day, I was gone but saw the reminder that he had been there to treat the lawn (always pet friendly) and weeds in the hard to work side yard and slope were already wilting. A week later when I wrote this review, the weeds were dying and none (not one) of my sensitive plants were touched. I know he paid attention to my requests and I appreciate the effort he gave to do the job right. Happy customer! ~ Jeff M

I’m so happy with what The Lawn Doctor has been able to do with my yard in only a few treatments. I’ve lived here for 7 years and tried multiple services with other providers, and also do it yourself treatments, with little to no results. I called Lawn Dr. last fall and by spring my grass was thicker and no weeds. Wow! Did not expect that. So thankful for the excellent work they do and results. I’ve been embarrassed for years of all the weeds and patchy grass, but now enjoy looking at my yard. Can’t wait to see it after the power seeding this year. We have had a bunch of weeds and Bermuda grass take over our yard and wanted to see if Lawn Doctor could assist. We called to make an initial appointment and Dylan came out to our property, did a thorough assessment, and provided a game plan that involves a lawn renovation and power seeding to follow. Dylan has been incredibly responsive in explaining the process and answering any questions we’ve had. He even provided before and after photos of a yard that underwent the same process. We ultimately signed up and look forward to our upcoming treatment and will add a follow up review once the services are complete. ~ Michael W

I have had a great experience so far in my first year. The price is fair and i saw results very quickly. The true test of any customer based service is adversity. We had a misunderstanding about what i wanted and Lawn Doctor made it right- immediately with no back and forth. Their techs are incredibly polite and when i ask questions they are knowledgeable and dont act like im wasting their time. This will be a long relationship i feel certain. Follow up: I was right it has been a couple years now. My lawn has filled in and is truly the greenest and prettiest lawn of my neighborhood. Keep up the 5 star effort! ~ RA K

No more mosquitos!! My yard was a complete mosquito pit. You could barely stand outside for a minute without getting bit 3-4 times. We had an event coming up where we were going to have a ton of folks outside. I called Lawn Doctor and had them come spray the day before the event. We were outside the whole time and to my knowledge no one got bit! Not even once! It was incredible! Just like that, the mosquitoes were gone. I really appreciated their prompt and professional service. And Brad was great to work with. We will definitely be using them again! ~ Mark J

They offer services, but do not pressure you. They provide a great service and send you a bill. They provide you with advice, but if you say no, they do not hound you and try and talk you into a service. They do not call you, email, you, try to convince you during a current service to do another service. BUT they are very helpful when you ask questions or need advice. I know when I sign up for a service, they are not going to add 5 more and bill me. I think they are a little higher than others, but it is worth it to know what you are getting. ~ Josie C

Just want to compliment Austin on how he did servicing our lawn. I believe this was Austin first time at our home because it’s been the best service we have received so far from Lawn Doctor. We haven’t had good experiences with the service and even thought about canceling at one point going to another provider. Austin even blew our porch and driveway off. I watched him from work on the cameras. He went across the street and handled their yard with the same care! Way to go Austin!!!!!! I have been a Springfield customer of Lawn Doctor from their earliest days . They have always been prompt in returning my calls,if I have a problem and immediately tried to correct whatever the problem was. My yard has been a challenge at times, but somehow before the season ends, it is always gorgeous. My neighbors are all very complimentary and are little by little all going the “Lawn Doctor “way !!Brad and Candy go the extra mike to keep me happy and my yard GREEN!! They are the best. ! Since moving here 3 years ago, I spent two years with another company trying to get my yard in shape. Results were minimal at best. Lawn Doctor inspected my lawn and recommended a total renovation. I was skeptical but accepted their proposal.The first step was to perform a total kill of all vegetation in the yard. A short time later they power seeded the yard. Today, I have a beautiful lawn. I was also informed that next year I will see even better results. I highly recommend Lawn Doctor to those who want to enjoy a beautiful lawn. ~ patrick

After spending hundreds of dollars on weed control and seeding we noticed a lot of dead spots that literally grew in size over night. We didn’t know what to do. So after searching and pricing local yard companies we decided to go with this company and so very thankful we did! Not only are the prices fair the work is great. We still have some time to go to have the yard we really want but the work they have done so far is amazing! My grass is growing back and starting to look beautiful again! Outstanding Service, Mark came out and did the power over seeding. He put down a ton of seed and covered every square inch of my lawn. This was my first power over seeding and I will recommend this to one and all. It was a great job, very professional and for my lawn a better choice than the core seeding I had done in the past. Mark left me with the after action lawn waiting requirements ( two times a day for (6) weeks) depending on weather conditions. If you want over seeding done right give Lawn Dr a call. ~ mike j

I would like to thank Larry Jonhson and his associate for coming out and performing core/ seeding my lawn yesterday. It wasn't easy since it had rained the night before and I have hill in the back plus a lot of landscaping. It was still slick from the rain, but they did a great job maneuvering the aerator, which is heavy and bulky up and down the yard. Attention to details as they worked. Since I signed up with Lawn Doctor to treat my lawn, I have the best looking grass that I have ever had in my 37+ years of living in Hendersonville, TN. The land and dirt I have on my property is not the best for having a beautiful lawn but Lawn Doctor has tested and treated it throughout the years to help it produce a very nice tall fescue lawn. I get many comments on it now from neighbors and walkers in the area. I would recommend Lawn Doctor to anyone in need of superior lawn care. ~ Kevin O

I have used Lawn Doctor’s service for my lawn the past several years and am very satisfied with everything. My lawn is always greener than my neighbors and is healthy. I like the way that they always leave a flyer on my door explaining what services were done and the results I should expect. I also receive a confirming e-mail as well. There is a reason why their name is Lawn Doctor and I highly recommend that you call them if you want a beautiful lawn,. From the 1st service I saw a huge difference in our lawn. We had a substantial amount of wild violets and other weeds that a (not to be named) lawn service company could not do anything about after 3 years of servicing our lawn. Now that it's winter, we still have green grass while everyone around us are seeing their lawns go dormant and brown up. ~ Randy W

This is my second year with Lawn Doctor and I have not regarded the service yet. My lawn looks amazing and the staff always answers any questions I may have. The one star review I saw posted on Google must be a fake review lol. I use another big name company before switching to Lawn Doctor and they didnt do anything! Just had my first visit from Dylan at Lawn Doctor of Clarksville, and I’m already impressed! He was friendly, professional, and took the time to walk me through everything he was doing. You can tell he knows his stuff and genuinely cares about doing the job right. It’s rare to get that level of service on a first visit, and it definitely gives me confidence moving forward. Lawn Doctor was out to do my normal treatment. The two techs were great. Robert Maddox applied weed control and fertilizer with their buggy, while Kyelar Edward’s explained the 3 granular and liquids being used. He walked the yard with me and answered my questions regarding turf disease and the difference in certain unwanted grasses and spring/summer weeds.
